This class is for expecting parents who are short on time but still want to feel prepared for childbirth and beyond! This "boot camp" style class will cover labor and delivery, comfort measures, breastfeeding and baby care. Participants will gain knowledge through hands on activities in a small group setting. Support people are encouraged to come with expecting birth person.
