Lisa Connolly, NHA, MS

Vice President
Hartford HealthCare Community Network

Lisa Connolly has been a key member of the senior care team since 1992. As Regional Director of Operations for Senior Care, Lisa heads up operations for our seven entities that include The Orchards at Southington, Mulberry Gardens of Southington, Jerome Home and Arbor Rose, Southington Care Center, Jefferson House and Cedar Mountain Commons. Lisa has done an outstanding job in each of the roles she has held in senior care over the years. She has been an outstanding Executive Director at Jerome Home and played a very key role in the development and opening of Arbor Rose. Prior to Jerome Home, she held the position of Administrator at Southington Care Center.

Erika K. Stinson

Director, Communications and Planning,
Hartford HealthCare Community Network

Ms. Stinson comes with an education background in social work and gerontology and extensive experience in senior healthcare management, beginning at the Village Retirement Communities as Director of Community Relations to Retirement Counselor. She gained experience with increasing occupancy rates and with marketing plans for new retirement communities. As part of the Hartford HealthCare Senior Services, Ms. Stinson's role as Director of Marketing and Business Development is to promote the Alliance Advantage through community outreach events. Ms. Stinson is also known for opening the new buildings, including Arbor Rose at Jerome Home. She also tries to increase occupancy at all the Hartford HealthCare Senior Services entities through marketing plans.

Jane Hollman

Director of Corporate Administrative Services

Ms. Hollman has been working with Hartford HealthCare Senior Services for almost 17 years, beginning in August of 1994. Ms. Hollman started as the receptionist, after 15 months, was promoted to the Administrative Assistant to Trish Walden. As the company grew with computer usage, she became the Network Administrator. Ms. Hollman remained in that position from 2003 until she was promoted to her current position in 2007. As the Director of Corporate Administrative Services, she oversees the Information Systems Department for all of the Senior Care Communities. Ms. Hollman oversees the Payroll, Accounts Payable and the Receptionists for Southington Care Center. Ms. Hollman is a Microsoft Certified Technician, A+ Certified and Network + Certified.

Julie M. Norko, MA

Director of Development

Julie Norko serves as the Director of Development and Philanthropy for Hartford HealthCare Senior Services. In this role, she oversees the development efforts of CCSHS and its entities, including annual fund and planned giving programs, special events, grant writing and reporting, and donor stewardship programs. A nonprofit communications professional with 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations convey their messages accurately and convincingly, Julie has expertise in fund development, public relations, and nonprofit management. She came to CCSHS from United Methodist Homes, a senior housing and healthcare organization, where she served as Associate Director of Development and Public Relations. She has extensive background in introducing and implementing culture change initiatives through her work with Planetree, a nonprofit organization that helps hospitals and other healthcare organizations provide patient-centered care in healing environments. Julie has also worked as a college instructor and an educator for children with special needs. She received her MA in English from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, her BA in English and American Studies from Providence College, and completed her coursework in the PhD Program at UNC-CH.

Sharon Robinson, BSN, MS,

Director of Senior Care Coordination

Ms. Robinson received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College in 1998 and more recently a Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of New Haven in May 2009. She has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field starting as a licensed practicing nurse to her current position within Hartford HealthCare Senior Services. She has taken on many roles at Southington Care Center including, Rehabilitation Coordinator; Supervisor; IV Coordinator; and Sub-Acute Program Director from 1990 to 1997. In 1998, Ms. Robinson took a position with Athena Health Care Systems at Clinical Health Care Coordinator, evaluating patients in various environments, assisting in census management as well as marketing. At the end of 1998, Ms. Robinson returned to the Hartford HealthCare Senior Services family in her current position. Her responsibilities include: developing relationships among discharge planners, healthcare providers and the community, the development and maintenance of Alliance Advantage, the development and supervision of the Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging, and oversees admissions at Southington Care Center and Jerome Home. She also holds a position to manage on the Spring Lake Village Social Committee.
